MS Flow – adding timestamp in the middle of a filename whilst retaining file extension

Written by Ryan Wilson

This video demostrates how Microsoft Flow will read the attachment name of an incoming mail attachment. The attachment will then be reconfigured with a timestamp after the filename followed by the extension attribute it was originally sent with. Adaptive cards are also used to notify users within a Teams Channel and allow the users to open the file directly from the notification.

This video is part 2 of my original post on creating an adpative card and copying the attachment into Teams – click here to view.
